Track the Traveling Gavel

Hi, I’m Nadine, your District 205 Program Quality Director! Let’s make our district’s inaugural year an adventure: meet new clubs, swap ideas and send the Traveling Gavel on its way!

Think “capture the flag,” Toastmasters style. Find the holding club, arrange a visit, and give a speech or serve as General Evaluator, Evaluator or Table Topics Master. Agree on your role beforehand; online visits count too. After your qualifying visit and my approval, your club holds the gavel—until the next club claims it!

As a thank-you for taking part, we’re giving active visiting members a gavel pin—one per person each year, with up to three pins per club. Let’s see how far it travels. Thanks for joining in—have fun!
