Meetup Event Organizer Request

Club VP Public Relations can request Event Organizer access to one of the District 205 Meetup groups in order to post club meetings and special club events.

  • East Bay and North Bay: Clubs in the East Bay and communities north to the Oregon border
  • San Francisco: Clubs in the city
  • Peninsula: Clubs in communities south of San Francisco

To request Event Organizer access, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign up for Meetup using your Toastmasters email address.
  2. Find and join the District 205 Meetup group as a member.
  3. Request access using this form. Be sure to join the group before submitting the form.
  4. Once you receive access, you’ll be able to publish your club’s events in the Meetup group requested.
