We are excited to welcome Lynn Kirkham for an interactive keynote address. She will guide us to identify The Leaders We Choose to Be. You’ll reflect on what great leadership really looks like, explore the impact you can have on your club culture, and craft your own personal stretch leadership statement.
Following the keynote, club officers will participate in Club Officer Training (COT) sessions designed to help leaders feel prepared, confident, and supported in their roles for the upcoming program year 2026/2027.
